⏱️ Payment Confirmation

  • For prepaid orders: You’ll receive an SMS/email confirmation once payment is successfully processed.
  • For COD orders: You’ll get a confirmation after placing the order. Payment is collected upon delivery.

Failed or Cancelled Payments

  • If a payment fails but money is deducted, it is automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • In case of any issue, contact us at bixoindia@gmail.com with your transaction ID.

💰 Refunds for Cancelled/Returned Orders

  • Prepaid order refunds (for returns/cancellations) are processed within 5–7 working days after product pickup or cancellation approval.
  • Refunds are credited back to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, bank account, wallet).
