🔄 Returns Policy
✅ Eligibility for Return:
You can request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You raise the return request within 7 days of delivery
❌ Non-returnable items include:
- Used or damaged products due to misuse
- Items without original packaging/tags
- Personalized or custom-made items (unless damaged)
📦 How to Request a Return
- Go to the “My Orders” section on bixo.in
- Select the order and click on “Request Return”
- Choose the reason, upload images (if needed), and submit
- Our team will review and confirm within 24–48 hours

💰 Refunds Policy
🔁 For Prepaid Orders:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, bank, card, etc.) within 5–7 business days after pickup and product inspection.
💵 For COD Orders:
- Refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI. You’ll need to share account/UPI details after return approval.
🚚 Return Pickups
- We arrange free reverse pickup from your address wherever serviceable.
- In unserviceable areas, you may be requested to ship the item back — and we’ll reimburse courier charges (up to a limit).
⚠️ Important Notes
- Please make sure the product is unused and in original condition.
- All returns are subject to inspection before approval.
- Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
