🔄 Returns Policy

Eligibility for Return:

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You raise the return request within 7 days of delivery

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used or damaged products due to misuse
  • Items without original packaging/tags
  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless damaged)

📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Go to the “My Orders” section on bixo.in
  2. Select the order and click on “Request Return”
  3. Choose the reason, upload images (if needed), and submit
  4. Our team will review and confirm within 24–48 hours

💰 Refunds Policy

🔁 For Prepaid Orders:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, bank, card, etc.) within 5–7 business days after pickup and product inspection.

💵 For COD Orders:

  • Refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI. You’ll need to share account/UPI details after return approval.

🚚 Return Pickups

  • We arrange free reverse pickup from your address wherever serviceable.
  • In unserviceable areas, you may be requested to ship the item back — and we’ll reimburse courier charges (up to a limit).

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Please make sure the product is unused and in original condition.
  • All returns are subject to inspection before approval.
  • Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
